At Netalith, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services. Since most items are delivered instantly, our refund process follows the rules below.
1. Digital Products (Templates, Code, Scripts)
Refunds are granted ONLY in exceptional cases:
- Duplicate purchase
- Product not delivered due to technical error
- Product is unusable because of an issue caused by us
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Incompatibility due to user environment
- Modified files causing issues
2. Custom Development Services
- Before work begins: 100% refund
- During development: partial refund based on progress
- After delivery: no refund unless scope was not met
3. SaaS / Subscription Services
Refunds are available only within the first 3 days of your subscription and only if the service was not heavily used.
